1. About RelentlessIQ
RelentlessIQ is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young adults with disabilities and supporting their families through inclusive programs, education, mentorship, health and wellness initiatives, family support, and community engagement.
RelentlessIQ is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you acknowledge that you:

Are using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for information submitted on behalf of minors.

RelentlessIQ may remove individuals from activities when behavior creates safety concerns or significantly disrupts programming.

6. Donations
All donations are voluntary and support the mission and programs of RelentlessIQ.
Unless specifically designated for a restricted purpose, donations may be used where they are most needed to advance the organization’s mission.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
RelentlessIQ provides donation acknowledgments for tax purposes when applicable.

7. Events and Fundraisers
Registration fees for events, camps, or fundraisers may include separate cancellation or refund policies.
If an event must be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled because of weather, facility issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, RelentlessIQ will determine appropriate alternatives or refund options when feasible.

8. Volunteer Participation
Volunteers may be required to:
Complete an application
Pass a background check when appropriate
Complete orientation or training
Follow organizational policies
Volunteer opportunities are offered at the discretion of RelentlessIQ and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
